1. Nature of the platform
The platform is an online intermediary for displaying property advertisements only. We are not a party to any contract between advertiser and seeker, we do not own, sell, or lease any property, and we do not guarantee the accuracy of any listing. Any dealing between parties is at their own responsibility.
2. Advertiser responsibility
The advertiser alone is fully responsible for the accuracy of their listing, for their ownership or legal right to advertise the property, and for compliance with Egyptian law. Fake, misleading, or unauthorised listings are prohibited.
3. Disclaimer of liability
The platform bears no responsibility for any direct or indirect loss or damage arising from reliance on any listing, from dealings between users, or from false information posted by advertisers. Users should verify independently and consult a lawyer before any transaction.
4. Account & registration
You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and all activity under your account. Your information must be true and current. We may suspend or delete any violating account without prior notice.
5. Prohibited content
Publishing content that violates the law or public morals, infringes third-party rights, or contains fraud or incitement is prohibited. We reserve the right to review and remove any content.
6. Data protection
We process your personal data per our Privacy Policy and Law No. 151 of 2020 on Personal Data Protection.
7. Intellectual property
All intellectual property of the platform (name, design, code, logo) is owned by us and may not be used without written permission.
8. Amendments
We may amend these terms at any time; changes take effect once published. Continued use means acceptance of the updated version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, and the Egyptian courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
